You have the ability to change your Security Code at any time, which assures you of complete confidentiality. Security Codes can be alphabetic or numeric or both and must contain 8 to 16 characters. You will need to Log off after you perform a Security Code change. If you forget your Security Code, call us to re-activate this service, or use the Forget Security Code function. (Alphabetic Security Codes are case-sensitive, so be sure you consistently use the same case.)
