By signing up for Credit Insurance at your loan closing, you’ll be taking steps to help protect your family if the unforeseen happens. You can cancel at any time if you change your mind. If coverage is canceled within the first 30 days you will receive a full refund if premium has been paid. If at any point you have questions, or if your family needs to file a claim, simply contact your credit union. Ask your loan officer for details regarding this coverage.
Your purchase of MEMBER’S CHOICE® Credit Life and Credit Disability Insurance, underwritten by CMFG Life Insurance Company is optional and will not affect your application for credit or the terms of any credit agreement required to obtain a loan. You can also determine whether you qualify for financial assistance. For more information, visit www.TruStageHealth.com.© TruStage, 2014. All rights reserved.
