CAN I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

You have the ability to change your password at any time, which assures you of complete confidentiality. Passwords can be alphabetic or numeric or both and contain up to 36 characters. You will need to Log off after you perform a password change. If you forget your password, call us to re-activate this service. You will need to verify your identity at this time. (Alphabetic passwords are case-sensitive, so be sure you consistently use the case you used when setting your password, either upper or lower case.)
