NEW EASY-TO-READ ACCOUNT HISTORY

Your online account history  can  now be printed in an easy-to-read format.  Columns and rows are clearly defined for easy viewing. Once you are in the Account Lookup function and have selected your suffix, click on “Click here to print this page”.

PASSWORD/EMAIL CHANGE

Password Change:  As always, you have the ability to change your password for PCU Home Banking.  This option is now accessed through the “Other Services” button on the left side of the of the PCU page.  Simply go the “Other Services” page, click on “Change Password”, and provide the information requested.

Email Change:  This feature has just been added and allows you to update your email address as it changes. .  Simply click on the “Other Services” button on the left of the PCU Personal Finance page, click on “Change Email”, and provide the information requested.

“ACCOUNT LOOKUP” ENHANCEMENTS

Date Range:  In addition to viewing your account one month at a time, you can now  specify any time period, one week, 6 weeks, 2 months or whatever you prefer up to 360 days.  Choose the account you wish to view in the “Account Lookup” function.  Click on “Specify Date Range”, enter your dates and click “Submit”.  You’ll receive the account history for the range you chose.

Change Order of Transactions:  In our previous version of PCU, our members were limited to viewing transactions in order the order they occurred.  Now, our members have the ability to view transactions beginning with the most recent transaction and progressing back in time.  You, the member, choose the option best for you.  To reverse the order of transactions on your online statement, go into the  “Account Lookup” function.  Select the account suffix. Click on  the  arrow next to the “Effective Date” heading; this will reverse the order of the transactions displayed.
